Abstract

This research aims to analyze marketing strategy of Farclean Shoe Laundry Company in Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive research approach, analytical technique used is SWOT analysis, Internal-Ekstenal Matrix, and QSPM Matrix (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The result of research shows that Farclean Shoes Laundry Business is in Quadrant I (Expansi). A common strategy that businesses can use is to use the power of effort to take every advantage of an opportunity.Another alternative strategy that can be applied in Farclean Shoes Laundry Business with Internal-External Matrix Analysis in a steady-growing position This strategy is an expansion of the marketing level and the need with priority on the stability of the strategy that has been executed.From the calculation of QSPM Matrix is ??selected the highest relative attribute value (relative attrativeness) with the highest value of 9.9 ie the strategy I increase the number of customers / customers by opening the stand at the events in the campus or school.
