PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, MANAJEMEN ASET, MANAJEMEN LIABILITAS, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PASAR/BUKU PADA PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE TAHUN 2008 - 2012
AbstractThis research (thesis) is performed to examine the influence of liquidity, asset management, liability management and profitability on share price in the food and drink company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange starts from 2008 to 2012. Research variable indicators that being used are current ratio, total assets turnover, debt ratio, return on equity ratio, and price/book value ratio. Sample of the company that being used is 11 companies from 16 food and drink companies. This research is using regression analysis technique. Hypothesis test is performed in two ways, those are simultaneous test and partial test. The result of simultaneous test shows that all free variables simultaneously have significant influence on market price. The result of partial test shows that only profitability level that has significant influence of share market price. The conclusion of this research result is that current ratio, total assets turnover, debt ratio do not have significant influence on price/book value ratio, because its development rather than those ratios shows fluctuative trend development from year to year during the research observation period. Meanwhile return on equity ratio has significant influence price/book value ratio, because ratio trend from year to year experience adequate positive development.
