Abstract

One of integrated services as an innovation solution in Banyuwangi district is Single-Window System (SWS). The service is expected to improve the quality of community services through fast, cheap, easy, transparent, certain and affordable services. This research will evaluate in the implementation of SWS, then provide the solution. Constraints in the implementation of SWS are derived from direct review. Evaluations are assessed in the areas of institutions and authority. Then possible solutions are outlined to solve the constraints of the SWS implementation.
