TANGGUNG JAWAB DIREKSI PT GARAM (PERSERO) ATAS IMPOR GARAM

Abstract

Salt has an important role as a national strategic commodity. Until now, Indonesia has not been able to fully meet the consumption supply of the Indonesian people, so imports are one of the short-term solutions. PT Garam (Persero) as the only State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in the salt business has the authority to import consumption salt. The implementation of salt import and distribution carried out by PT Garam (Persero) certainly cannot be separated from the roles and responsibilities of the Directors of PT Garam (Persero) as the leader of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the authority of the Directors of PT Garam (Persero) in signing the SPJG (Letter of Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Salt) for imported salt products and what is the responsibility of the Directors of PT Garam (Persero) for imported salt products produced and circulated by PT Garam (Persero).
