These difficulties stem from the accreditation preparation process, ineffective resource management, a lack of data integration, and restricted resource access. Taking advantage of advancements in information technology, UAJY has adopted the ERP Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to effectively manage the resources within its educational laboratories. These laboratories serve as a vital support unit in fulfilling the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and play a significant role in enhancing the learning process at the university. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a strategic tool that can provide organizations with a competitive edge by synchronizing, integrating, and optimizing data. The implementation of ERP LIMS serves as a solution for better resource management within the UAJY Informatics Department's educational laboratories.
2024-04-07T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.narotama.ac.id/index.php/ijeeit/article/view/2621 Enhancing Customer Experience and Satisfaction through Mobile-Based Salon and Spa Reservations on Android Platforms 2024-04-08T00:43:43+07:00 Hanifah Permatasari hanifah_permatasari@udb.ac.id Eko Purwanto eko_purwanto@udb.ac.id Triyono Triyono triyono@udb.ac.id
Salons and spas in Indonesia need to utilize information technology to improve business performance and provide customers with a more personalized experience. The integration of digital reservation systems, online marketing, and technology-based customer management will help improve operational efficiency and gain valuable customer feedback. Digital reservation systems enable salons and spas to improve business performance by providing easy access to customers, increasing the efficiency of scheduling management, and providing a more personalized experience, which is an important strategy in the competitive digital era. One of the alternative digital reservation systems that can be used by salons and spas in Indonesia is Android-based. This research resulted in an Android-based digital reservation system that focuses on customer experience. The object of the research is Spaque Salon & Day Spa, an MSME in Indonesia. Through mobile technology, customers can easily book and manage their treatments. Test results showed positive feedback regarding the user interface, reservation steps, and interactive features. The system also helps with schedule management, additional services, offers, as well as revenue and financial tracking. This research combines customer and technology perspectives, contributing to the salon and spa industry as well as mobile technology developers.
2024-04-07T23:55:40+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.narotama.ac.id/index.php/ijeeit/article/view/2642 Determining the Factors that Influence e-Marketplace Selection from Seller’s Perspective Using a Binary Logistic Regression Model 2024-04-08T00:43:43+07:00 Eko Purwanto purwanto.eko@s.unikl.edu.my Farahwahida binti Mohd farahwahidam@unikl.edu.my Zalizah Awang Long zalizah@unikl.edu.my Singgih Purnomo singgih_purnomo@udb.ac.id
The rapid development of information and communication technology influences changes in aspects of life in the economic sector. The application of information and communication technology supports business development. The development of the internet has become a technology that makes business activities such as marketing and sales easier. The growth of internet users in Indonesia reached 78% of the total population. E-commerce users in Indonesia reach 34.10% of all business people in Indonesia. One place to sell online is through e-marketplace. Many e-marketplaces require sellers to select e-marketplaces as a place to sell their products online. Each e-marketplace has different characteristics, so you must consider many factors when choosing an e-marketplace. In this research, it is known that two factors are formed based on factor analysis, namely the Product Quality Factor, the Service and Quality Factor, and the System Factor. In addition, the market selection model was determined using binary logistic regression analysis. The model formed in this research is the e-marketplace selection model Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada. Based on the results of the feasibility model using binary logistic regression, it produces an overall e-marketplace selection model with an accuracy level of 76.13%. This evaluation model can be used by sellers who want to choose a market that suits the products offered to increase profits.
2024-04-07T17:11:16+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.narotama.ac.id/index.php/ijeeit/article/view/2649 Improving the Economy of Fish and Shrimp Cultivation Through the Implementation of E-Business 2024-04-22T01:49:47+07:00 Adityya Eka Pranata adetyyaekap@gmail.com Made Kamisutara made.kamisutara@narotama.ac.id Achmad Muchayan achmad.muchayan@narotama.ac.id
Based on data from the Lamongan Regency Fisheries Service released in 2020, the total production of fish and shrimp cultivation reached 59,728.16 tons in 27 fisheries development areas throughout Lamongan Regency. And for the village of Bogobabadan capable of producing 2 tons per year. However, currently the marketing of fish and shrimp cultivation business products in the city of Lamongan is still not optimal and only uses traditional techniques, which are only distributed to industrial factories and conventional business sectors around the development area and sold to collectors at prices below market prices.

The objectives of this research are (1) to implement E-business for fish and shrimp farming in Lamongan. (2) what are the benefits obtained after implementing e-business for fish & shrimp farming. The subjects of this study were fish and shrimp cultivators in the village of Bogobabadan, Karang Binangun District, Lamongan Regency. The method used is using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) and as an E-Business solution design using Usecase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and User Interface / UI Website Design.

The results obtained from this study can help fish and shrimp farmers to increase product sales through an online system.
2024-04-07T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.narotama.ac.id/index.php/ijeeit/article/view/2703 Measurement Of Electrical Parameters On Iot-Based Main Generators For Safe Operational Feasibility 2024-04-22T01:58:11+07:00 Herru Prastyo herruez@gmail.com arief budijanto ariefbdj212@gmail.com Slamet Winardi slamet.winardi@narotama.ac.id
The generator is the main source of electricity on the ship which will power all activities on the ship. With an electricity source supplied by a generator, human work will become lighter because of the help of electrical energy. In order for the generator to work well, it requires maintenance and must always be well controlled, so that the parameters produced by the generator must always be maintained by monitoring these parameters automatically using the ESP32 microcontroller. The parameters measured are current, voltage, power, frequency, work factor, KWh, RPM, temperature and vibration. By measuring the magnitude of these parameters, they can later be used as variables for maintenance and repair of the generator. The sensor used to measure the electrical parameters is the PZEM004t module because it can measure all generator electrical quantities, while temperature uses the DS18B20 sensor and vibration uses the SW420 sensor module. Then to measure the RPM using a potentiometer. The measurement results are displayed on a smartphone screen on the bridge using Internet of Things (IoT) technology sent from the engine room.
2024-04-08T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
