https://jurnal.narotama.ac.id/index.php/ijeeit/article/view/2730

Smart meter billing systems represent the modern state-of-the-art in pre-paid billing as the move from estimated bills within the Nigerian state now, becomes a priority to circumvent the heavy fraud situation. However, the detection of fraud in real-time smart meter systems presents an opportunity for more dynamic approaches to be employed, due to the unique nature of this billing system. In this paper, an emerging auditory inspired neural technique that supports continual learning and adaptive processing of temporal streaming data states is proposed for the detection of smart meter fraud. The technique is integrated in a simulated power system program and applied to the detection of frauds in two feeder units of a Port-Harcourt Electricity Distribution (PHED) business district. Simulation results showed that the proposed approach is a potential candidate for detecting fraud in smart meter billing systems with minimal mean absolute percentage errors.
Biobele Alexander Wokoma, Dr.Elijah Olusanmi Olubiyo, Mr.Maxwell Nwoku, Dr.Ibitroko Biobele Alexander Wokoma, Engr.

https://jurnal.narotama.ac.id/index.php/ijeeit/article/view/2746

Humans are social beings have a variety needs. To complete his needs, a person is required a job. Person can be an entrepreneur, employee, and government employee. In Indonesia, the majority of the population works as outsourcing employees in profession as work. However, in determining the extension of the employee's service period, it is necessary to have a system that can be a benchmark for the quality of employee work. The profile matching method is used in comparing one value profile with several other competency values so that good and precise calculation results are obtained. With this system, it makes it easier for decision makers in outsourcing companies to make decisions on employee service extension, as for the results of this study, companies have the best employee references determined from the calculation process at each stage of this method, and it is hoped that employees will be more motivated in working to provide the best performance to be worthy of an extension of the work period.
Muchammad Yanuar SyaifullahLatipah Latipah

https://jurnal.narotama.ac.id/index.php/ijeeit/article/view/2840

The low interest in reading in Indonesia is due to several inhibiting factors. One of the biggest obstacles is the limited access to libraries, books, and other literacy resources. Therefore, the National Library has made efforts to develop digital library services, namely iPusnas. However, this digital transformation does not always run smoothly. Some users have reported that the iPusnas app interface is considered too old-fashioned, boring, and confusing. Some users also complained about the lack of sort and filter features, book grouping, and so on. Therefore, a redesign is needed. This study uses the User-Centered Design (UCD) method to identify all user needs and issues and to create a solution for the iPusnas interface. Through two iterations of testing, the results of the first iteration showed a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 82.72 out of 100 and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 55.56 out of 100. The second iteration showed a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 86.27 out of 100 and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 73.33 out of 100. Overall, the evaluation results improved and met user needs.
Ayu Andhini Mutya KarinSeftin Fitri Ana WatiAnindo Saka Fitri

https://jurnal.narotama.ac.id/index.php/ijeeit/article/view/2912

ABSTRACT

This study aims to (1) Develop a network monitoring Application as part of the Needs of PT Media Jaya Network Indonesia, (2) Develop a network monitoring Application that has the function of monitoring network traffic, and the condition of existing network devices. This study uses a qualitative research method in the form of development. The primary and secondary data collection in this study was done by PT employees. Media Jaya Network Indonesia, customer data, and network monitoring data at PT. Media Jaya Network Indonesia. The results obtained from this study are (1) Development of network monitoring using the PRTG application can help monitor and manage network performance effectively and efficiently and ensure more optimal service quality to customers. (2) The results of monitoring carried out at PT. Media Jaya Network Indonesia using the PRTG application obtained monitoring data using the Black Box Testing method. Black box testing focuses on testing software functionality so that the application can run properly and identify errors in the system that has been created. The results of the monitoring test are declared valid as a whole, by displaying the dashboard page, displaying up/down devices, displaying network graphs in real-time, and displaying network monitoring results reports.

Dodik ArviantoMade KamisutaraWiwin Agus Kristiana

https://jurnal.narotama.ac.id/index.php/ijeeit/article/view/2918

SISGANIS (Rengganis Management Information System), developed in 2023 by the ITS Mandala Jember team and granted intellectual property rights (EC002023118017), focuses on automating raw material stock balances and financial reporting. Despite its active use by Cafe Rengganis in Jember Regency, it remains a Basic Information System, concentrating primarily on transaction data. Consequently, it lacks accurate real-time inventory forecasts and interactive visual analyses. The research is driven by Cafe Rengganis's need to enhance raw material inventory management efficiency. Frequent issues with determining appropriate stock levels lead to stockouts and inaccurate records. This necessitates exploring an advanced SISGANIS for more effective operations. The research utilizes Exponential Smoothing, Decomposition Methods, and Machine Learning (ML)-based data transformation to improve historical data processing, identifying complex patterns and trends in inventory management. Adopting an AGILE approach, the research team comprising IT experts, accountants, and students ensures rapid response and continuous iteration. The goal is to successfully implement the new SISGANIS version, enhancing inventory management efficiency, predicting raw material needs, and providing interactive data visualization tools, ultimately optimizing Cafe Rengganis's operational performance and customer experience
Ferry WirantoMuhamat Abdul RohimLia Rachmawati
