The Impact Of Soybean Price Increase On Business Sustainability And Profit Of Tempe Craftsmen (Case study on tempe craftsmen in Bangil Subdistrict, Pasuruan District)
Abstract
The existence of government policy to reduce even remove soybean subsidy, many tempe industry which have difficulty, even many that can not produce again. This is due to the limited capital of craftsmen and the weak purchasing power of the community. This study aims to analyze the impact of soybean price increase on the income received by tempe craftsmen, analyzing the adjustment strategies made by tempe pengarajin to maintain their business. This study uses the approach of operating profit of data collection and processing, data obtained beruapa primary and secondary data. The results of research indicate that One effort to maintain the business continuity and tempe craftsman profits must be innovated in production, one of them is by reducing the size of tempe though with the same price.
