Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership function, work environment and compensation on the performance of Civil Servant in the Field of Manpower Supervision of Manpower of East Java Province. Data collection through questionnaires distributed to all employees is 51 employees, so this research is census research. Data analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear regression model with hiopotesis test through F test and t test. The results of this study show Leadership Functions (X1), Compensation (X2), and Work Environment (X3), simultaneous significance to the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y). This can be proven empirically through F test that shows F arithmetic> F table that is 14.190> 2.80 or by looking at the level of significance 0,000 <0,05. (X1) and compensation (X2) has no significant effect on Employee Performance. . For employee performance. This research goes to Disnakertransduk of East Java Province.
