Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bank
Abstract
Stress is the most important problem in organization. Stress can be seriously problem in organization that influence staff performance. There are positive and negative effect of stress and nobody can avoid stress. Role dysfunction is one of reason of stress. Role conflict happened when staff doesn’t how they must do their jobs. Role ambiguity happened when staff do the different job that contradiction in one another. Role overload happened when staff have too much job.This research conducted at East Java bank, by delivering questioner to 35 staff and 35 managers. Model analysis used to support all hypotesis is non liner regression. Result of this research indicate that stress (role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload) have a significant influence to managerial performance either through partial and simultaneously. This research also indicate that role overload is the strongest factor stress that influence managerial performance.
