Abstract
PHJD (Regional Road Grants Program) is an effort to accelerate the achievement of steady road condition targets which aim to increase community involvement in the application of gender equality. The purpose is to obtain information about women's interest in road maintenance construction work and the expected role of participating in road maintenance construction work. The Guttman cross sectional scale is a scale used to obtain answers from respondents that are clear and consistent. The results of the questionnaire analysis for questions number 1 to number 14 obtained a percentage of 91.43% more than 50%, so it can be concluded that respondents agreed and interested in engaging in road maintenance construction work. The results of the questionnaire analysis for question number 15 regarding the role desired by the respondents, obtained a percentage of 80% to become a Foreman, so it can be concluded that the majority of respondents want to become a Foreman when involved in road maintenance construction work.
