Contractus is a peer reviewed academic journal managed by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Narotama. The journal was first published in 2026 and is published online under an open access model. The journal is published four times a year in February, July, Oktober, and December and provides a scholarly forum for the dissemination of research and critical analysis in the field of private law. Its focus and scope include agreements and contract law, investment law, property law, consumer protection, and intellectual property rights. Through the publication of high quality and rigorous academic works, particularly original scientific articles written in English, Contractus aims to contribute to the development of legal scholarship and enhance understanding of private law.
