Derogasi Hukum is an international peer-reviewed academic journal managed by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Narotama. The journal is published four times a year in February, May, August, and November, providing a scholarly forum for the dissemination of original research articles, conceptual papers, case studies, and critical legal analyses in the field of procedural law and judicial institutions.

The journal focuses on Judicial Institutions, Criminal Procedural Law, Civil Procedural Law, Administrative Procedural Law, and Constitutional Procedural Law. 

Through the publication of high-quality, rigorous, and innovative scholarly works, Derogasi Hukum aims to advance legal scholarship, promote excellence in procedural law studies, strengthen judicial governance, and contribute to the development of fair, transparent, and effective justice systems.
