Derogasi Hukum is an international peer-reviewed academic journal managed by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Narotama. The journal was first published in 2026 and is published online under an open-access model. The journal is published four times a year in February, July, October, and December, providing a scholarly forum for the dissemination of original scientific articles written in English, conceptual papers, case studies, and critical legal analyses in the field of procedural law and judicial institutions. The journal focuses on Judicial Institutions, Criminal Procedural Law, Civil Procedural Law, Administrative Procedural Law, and Constitutional Procedural Law. Through the publication of high-quality, rigorous, and innovative scholarly works, Derogasi Hukum aims to advance legal scholarship, promote excellence in procedural law studies, strengthen judicial governance, and contribute to the development of fair, transparent, and effective justice systems
